Lisa Love

Having lived in Hervey Bay for more than 23 years, Lisa brings a strong connection to her community and a deep commitment to supporting young people as they navigate education, training and employment pathways.

 

With more than 17 years’ experience working in local therapeutic community programs and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), Lisa has extensive expertise in case management, career development, workshop facilitation and pathway planning. She works closely with young people facing barriers to employment, helping them develop the confidence, resilience and skills needed to achieve their goals.

 

As Program Coordinator of the WBYEPP, Lisa focuses on early intervention and practical support, recognising how much timely engagement can shape a young person's future. She is dedicated to identifying and addressing social, educational and employment barriers while creating opportunities for young people to build long-term capability.

 

Lisa is known for forging strong partnerships with employers, community organisations and support services. Her collaborative approach creates supportive environments where young people feel connected, encouraged and equipped to take their next steps.
