Camille Theuerkaf

With operational expertise spanning tertiary education, local government and the manufacturing sector, she is known for building solid partnerships, driving collaboration and delivering strong outcomes in complex environments.

Camille's enthusiasm for recruitment and engagement, combined with her entrepreneurial mindset, brings creative thinking, challenges conventional approaches and encourages others to stretch their capabilities to unlock potential. Her previous advisory experience within universities has strengthened her commitment to professional growth, continuous learning and creating positive community impact.

Deeply committed to the Fraser Coast, Camille volunteers with Fraser Coast Mates, supporting Maryborough events and hosting the annual Bloom High Tea alongside their golf day. She also co-leads the “Doing it Tuff” event each year with her mum and brother, in honour of her sister. ​

Camille is excited to join FCCPP, where she looks forward to connecting schools and industry and supporting young people to confidently navigate their career journeys, recognising that everyone’s journey is different.
