Kirsty Hill
Kirsty is an accomplished leader and program manager, successfully managing three QLD Government contracts for Regional Development Australia Wide Bay Burnett (RDAWBB).
With more than 30 years of experience in the apprenticeship, training, employment and education sectors. From starting her career as an apprentice chef, she has held a diverse range of roles from apprenticeship group training and business development to Federal Government contracts for apprentice and trainee employment and training.
Having previously spent more than 11 years in the Northern Territory mentoring and managing apprentices for Indigenous, diversity and not-for-profit groups, as well as recruiting apprentices and trainees for the NT Government, Kirsty is a big believer in the power of training, assisting and developing employers and people to strengthen the local workforce and to create powerful workforce linkages and industry in the community
Fraser Coast local since 2010, Kirsty is focused on creating seamless and fulfilling career transitions and workforce development for the Fraser Coast, in her current role of Project Coordinator for Jobs Fraser Coast 2025-2027.
