Regional Growth Fund

The Regional Growth Fund is a programme by the Department of Infrastructure, Regional Development and Cities for major transformational projects, which support long term economic growth and create jobs in regional and remote areas.

This Grant is part of a $272.2 million investment program, for common-use infrastructure or private use infrastructure that will deliver significant and sustainable benefits to the region by creating jobs and flow-on benefits to the economy.

The minimum funding available under RGF is $10 million with a requirement for matching funding. The fund is open to state and territory governments, local governments, not-for-profit and for profit organisations for projects that are located in, or significantly benefit regional Australia.
