Currently the Chief Executive of IMPACT Community services, Tanya has over 18 years of executive experience in working in the NFP sector.
At IMPACT, Tanya has led the organisation’s growth and diversification strategy, including the development of programs tailored to respond to service gaps, and the implementation of social enterprise models that create jobs and revenue streams that are independent of government funding.
Tanya is genuinely committed to community capacity building, dedicating a significant amount of time to engaging in the broader community. Not only to impart knowledge and influence key networks to drive necessary social change, she also uses this time for collaboration and mentoring of others so they too can assist in the journey of influencing and propelling positive change throughout the community.
